Business Process Analyst – Marketing & Sales (f/m/d)
You will join the Business Transformation – Process Management Team, focusing on the end-to-end customer experience from Marketing & Sales through Order Processing & Customer Service, including Bonus Management and Pricing.
As a Business Process Analyst for Sales & Marketing, you manage dedicated activities/projects and act as a process expert. You actively engage with operational units globally to support them in becoming a leaner organization. This involves establishing and continuously adjusting a joint functional roadmap as well as executing crucial initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- You serve as the in-house business process analyst, fostering process excellence throughout the end-to-end customer experience with unique expertise in Marketing & Sales.
- You develop an overarching understanding of all interdependencies within the end-to-end customer experience, including the process areas around Marketing, Sales, Order Processing, and Customer Service.
- You lead the collaboration with various functions to identify potential new ideas, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in the data-tools-process triangle.
- You collect business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for our global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and related systems.
- You develop and improve state-of-the-art processes, establish clear rules and guidance, and integrate them into the process house and functional roadmap.
- You participate in industry expert groups and forums to transfer outside-in innovations into PAUL HARTMANN Group and identify industry standards for adoption.
- You screen the external provider market for innovation and internal adoption.
Qualifications:
- You preferably hold a Master\’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- You have proven experience in designing and implementing new processes.
- You have deep and hands-on experience in various functions and processes.
- Strong analytical thinking and modeling skills are among your strengths.
- Ideally, you have skills and experience with Process Mining technologies (e.g., Signavio, Celonis).
- Ideally, you have skills and experience in data analytics and programming languages such as Python or R, or advanced experience using SAP SAC or Microsoft Power BI.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ERP, BW) is a plus.
- Profound professional experience in operational units/process organizations in a comparable environment with a focus on Marketing & Sales is a plus.
- Deep experience in LEAN and LEAN methods; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Extensive hands-on experience in project management and successful Change Management is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German is expected.
