Process Analyst (m/f/d)

For our client, an international provider for the semiconductor industry, we are looking for a

Process Analyst (f/m/d) in Böblingen.

• Tasks
• Capture and document current and future business processes, including activities, roles, systems, inputs, outputs and process variants.
• Create end-to-end process maps by connecting processes, interfaces and dependencies across functions.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, interviews and process discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
• Translate stakeholder input into clear, structured process documentation.
• Review and analyse process documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, improvement opportunities and automation potential.
• Collaborate with process owners, architects, modelers and data analysts to ensure accurate and consistent process models.
• Support business requirements gathering for process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare process documentation, issue logs and decision materials for stakeholders.
• Promote standardised documentation and collaborative ways of working.
• Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Several years of experience in process analysis, business process management or continuous improvement.
• Experience with process discovery, documentation and process modelling using BPMN and related tools.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or process optimisation initiatives.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
