For our client, a well-known American software company, we are currently hiring a Senior Change Management Consultant (f/m/d) in Munich for 7 months with option to be extended/take over.
Responsibilities
- Working with a Principle Change Management Consultant (member of the EMEA Perm team) and being a great partner to your direct customer counterpart, as well as project leadership and executives within the customer organization
- Owning, leading or supporting change-related activities including, but not limited to, stakeholder identification, change impact analysis, communications planning, training planning, readiness assessment, and adoption measurement
- Hands‑on development of communications and training materials that support a successful transition for key end‑users
- Maintaining the change management project plan tasks and providing mentorship to the customer on how these activities are impacted by functional achievements
Profile
- 5+ years experience working with or implementing a Tier 1 business software application such as: Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, NetSuite, FinancialForce or similar applications
- 5+ years experience in HCM Deployment Change Management on large transformation programmes.
- 5+ years consulting experience, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company or as a contractor on the customer side of a deployment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% (under normal circumstances)
