Are you experienced in leading large-scale business transformation initiatives within complex global environments?
We are looking for a skilled professional to drive strategic programs focused on improving operational processes, systems, and cross-functional collaboration across the supply chain landscape.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of business-critical transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.
Working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments and regions, you will ensure successful delivery of projects that enhance operational efficiency, business performance, and process standardization.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading end-to-end transformation programs across supply chain and operational functions
- Building project roadmaps, governance structures, and delivery frameworks
- Developing business cases, benefits tracking models, and value realization plans
- Managing project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources
- Driving process improvements and supporting technology-enabled change initiatives
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of project objectives
- Supporting organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities
- Monitoring project outcomes and ensuring successful transition into business-as-usual operations
- Facilitating collaboration between business and technology teams throughout delivery
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience leading projects within complex environments, utilizing both traditional and agile delivery frameworks.
- Professional project management certifications are advantageous
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Power Point, and Teams.
- Experience using business intelligence and reporting solutions, including Power BI, would be beneficial.
- Experience driving change management and organizational adoption activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities
- Familiarity with project planning and collaboration tools
- Advanced communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous
