Responsibilities

• Creation and planning of creative and target-oriented content for our clients‘ social media channels (images, videos, stories, reels).
• Development and implementation of content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Analysis of performance and adjustment of content based on key KPIs.
• Collaboration with design and marketing teams to support campaigns.
• Monitoring current social media trends and creatively implementing them.
• Community management and interaction with our followers.

Qualifications

• Completed training in media, marketing, or communication, or comparable experience in social media content creation.
• At least 1–3 years of professional experience in creating social media content.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Experience in editing images and videos with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Creative flair and an eye for appealing visual design.
• Good German and English skills; French and Italian are a plus.
• Proactive, structured, and independent working style.
• Interest and understanding of current social media trends and technologies.
