We are HASOMED, a medium-sized, internationally operating family business from Magdeburg, specializing in practice software and medical technology.

For a forward-looking project in the ERP environment, we are immediately looking for an experienced freelancer in Python development, focusing on Odoo.

Responsibilities

• Further development and customization of our CRM/ERP system Odoo
• Implementation of features and optimizations with a focus on performance and stability
• Close collaboration within an agile team, including feedback and retrospectives
• Documentation and adherence to our coding guidelines
• Technical sparring partner for the team — open, reflective, solution-oriented

Profile

• Excellent knowledge of Python, clean code, and best practices are a given for you
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems, ideally Odoo
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Docker, Azure, and/or Github
• Experience in automated deployment and web security (e.g., data protection, authentication)
• Strong communication skills in German (minimum C1)
• Nice to have: Know-how as a Product Owner or in requirements/stakeholder management
