We are seeking an experienced Freelancer in Python development with a focus on Odoo for a forward-looking project in the ERP environment, starting immediately .

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement features and optimizations with an emphasis on performance and stability
• Collaborate closely within an agile team, including feedback sessions and retrospectives
• Maintain documentation and adhere to our coding guidelines
• Serve as a technical sparring partner for the team, being open, reflective, and solution-oriented

Profile

• Excellent knowledge of Python
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems, ideally Odoo
• Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Docker, Azure, and GitHub
• Experience with automated deployment and web security (e.g., data protection, authentication)
• Strong German communication skills (minimum C1)
• Nice-to-have: Experience as a Product Owner or in requirements/stakeholder management
