YOUR TASKS
- Be the point person on the execution of IPOs, Secondary Offerings, Rights Offerings, Capital Increases, Private Placements, and other related Capital Market transactions from mandate through to trading and beyond.
- Bring creativity and novel ideas to outstanding client pitches – turn your ideas into compelling presentations.
- Build your network from day one.
- Manage and coordinate critical work streams around marketing, sales & distribution, prospectus drafting, legal documentation, and banking syndicate.
- Communicate and contribute to project management with issuers, legal counsels, auditors, investor relations advisors, and other advisors.
YOUR PROFILE
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in equity/debt capital markets or corporate finance advisory (ECM/DCM).
- Equity Capital Markets work experience is a plus.
- Strong customer orientation and confidence in interaction.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or comparable, additional qualification preferred.
- Fluency in German and English, additional language preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge of the equity capital markets business and the German Small and Mid-Cap corporate market.
