It is responsible, as a sales and service company, for the distribution and support of high-quality products in the access equipment sector in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. To strengthen our team, we are looking to recruit, at the earliest opportunity, a Service Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities :
- Operational management, strategic development and control of the service, consisting of the sub-areas field service, personnel scheduling, technical hotline, training, spare parts management, delivery center
- Expansion of the field service team with locally based service technicians in Germany
- Restructuring of the external service partner network in Germany
- Technical and line management of approx. 20 employees within the department
- Ensuring smooth, professional, timely, contract-compliant and efficient processes throughout the area of responsibility, working closely with the relevant functions across the company
