Your missions
- Provide support and maintenance for PCs, software, printers and audio/video equipment. - Provide level 1 and 2 support to students and staff. - Write and update documentation. - Participate in incident follow-up.
Your tasks
- Participate in support rotations (hotline, reception desk, ticket management). - Participate in support rounds at different sites. - Install, maintain and repair IT equipment. - Analyse and resolve faults on IT equipment.
Your profile
- Proficiency in Windows environments. - Knowledge of good incident management practices. - Good knowledge of Windows 11 and M365. - Good interpersonal skills. - Autonomous, efficient, discreet and reliable.
Employment conditions
- Initial professional training (CFC). - Start date: Immediately or to be agreed. - Workplace: Neuchâtel. - Salary in line with the position.
