Assistant for the Certified Continuing Education Program The Vaud University of Teacher Education ensures the professional training of teachers for all levels of schooling.
It conducts research and development work focused on the needs of teaching and education.
It offers continuing and advanced education, as well as a range of services intended for all education professionals.
We are advertising the position of: Assistant for the Certified Continuing Education Program Start date: September 1st or by arrangement Activity rate: 50%Duration of contract: Fixed-term contract of one year Salary level: Class currently being evaluated Main activities consist of assisting the head of the Certified Continuing Education Program as well as team members in the management, implementation, and monitoring of certified continuing education programs.
In this context, you participate in the organization and dissemination of certified continuing education programs and collaborate on their development.
You are required to manage and implement specific projects and specific courses in collaboration with teaching and scientific staff.
You contribute to the development of the certified continuing education program by ensuring the optimization of management methods and tools.
These activities take place within the Certified Continuing Education Program, which is attached to the Deputy Directorate of Training.
You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent.
Experience as a file manager is desired, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a school environment (teaching or administration) or in a higher education or adult education institution in the public or private sector.
Endowed with an excellent sense of organization, you know how to prioritize your tasks and are capable of managing several files in parallel autonomously.
You are proactive and take initiatives to improve the work of the program.
You possess excellent writing skills in the French language, both written and oral, with knowledge of German being an asset.
You master the usual tools in your areas of competence.
A person endowed with interpersonal skills and at ease in interpersonal relationships, you have a good team spirit, with mutual aid and collaboration being an integral part of your way of working.
