In collaboration with the head of the Infrastructure Unit, you contribute to the definition, planning, and monitoring of projects, ensuring their consistency with institutional priorities and available resources. You ensure the coordination of various internal and external partners, facilitate steering meetings, ensure the quality of deliverables, and prepare reporting elements and decision-making aids for decision-making bodies. You also accompany the concerned units in the implementation phases and participate in the development of infrastructure by carrying out analyses and syntheses to anticipate the institution's needs. Finally, you contribute to the continuous improvement of the Infrastructure Unit's services by proposing optimizations of processes and management tools. Your activities take place within the Infrastructure Unit.You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in a field relevant to the position, ideally accompanied by certification in project management. You have confirmed experience in managing cross-functional projects, ideally in the field of infrastructure, general services, or within a public institution. You possess excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills. You master project management methods and tools and are comfortable with the coordination of multiple stakeholders. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a strong team spirit.
