The Role
For Zenjob's next growth phase, we are now looking for a Head for our internal IT infrastructure team. In this important position, you are responsible for the entire IT security and administration and you are responsible for our growing team of 3 people and external IT service provider. What you'll do

1. You are responsible for the management of the IT infrastructure, IT security and risk management.
2. You will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure the consistent application of guidelines and standards on our systems and with our service providers.
3. You are responsible for leading and expanding our IT team.
4. You plan the implementation of new systems and organize the training of our employees.
5. You will monitor and approve the purchase of technological equipment and software and develop partnerships with IT providers.
6. You and your team will design, implement and monitor processes for the on- and offboarding of employees.

Main requirements
Who you are:

1. You have successfully completed studies in computer science, mathematics or a similar subject.
2. You have several years of professional and management experience in the IT sector.
3. You have very good knowledge of processes and information systems including IT security and data protection.
4. You impress with your analytical and structured way of working, high resilience and a high degree of initiative.
5. Ideally, you are familiar with Google Apps for Business, Microsoft Intune, Azure AD and Apple MDM and also have experience with the administration of services such as Okta, Salesforce and 1Password.
