Cozero is a Berlin-based ClimateTech startup that transforms every company into a low-emission business. Our SaaS platform offers a fully digital end-to-end Carbon Action Platform (CAP) to track, forecast, and manage corporate emission data and most effectively match them to low-emission solutions on the market to reduce their carbon footprint. Based on our platform, carbon reduction becomes actionable. Become part of a ClimateTech startup empowering companies to master their path to carbon neutrality. Together, we reduce a major share of global carbon emissions and turn around climate change.
Tasks
- Working on problems that will positively impact the sustainability of our climate
- Be a hands-on engineering contributor, using our state of the art tech stack
- Proactively designing and improving the architecture of the Cozero product
- Promote best practices in our Agile processes
- Provide technical leadership, direction and mentoring
Main requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in agile tech teams
- Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining attention to detail
- An eye for quality (automated tests, clean code, striving for improvements)
- Good English communication skills in word and speech
- Bias for taking responsibility – bias for action. You have a track record of doing whatever it takes to get things done. You have accomplished things that others thought were impossible. You are ceaselessly creative and impactful.
