Cozero is a Berlin-based ClimateTech startup that transforms every company into a low-emission business. Our SaaS platform offers a fully digital end-to-end Carbon Action Platform (CAP) to track, forecast, and manage corporate emission data and most effectively match them to low-emission solutions on the market to reduce their carbon footprint. Tasks

1. Working on problems that will positively impact the sustainability of our climate
2. Be a hands-on engineering contributor, using our state of the art tech stack
3. Proactively designing and improving the architecture of the Cozero product
4. Promote best practices in our Agile processes
5. Provide technical leadership, direction and mentoring

Main requirements

1. 5+ years of experience working in agile tech teams
2. Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
3. Ability to work autonomously while maintaining attention to detail
4. An eye for quality (automated tests, clean code, striving for improvements)
5. Good English communication skills in word and speech
6. Bias for taking responsibility - bias for action. You have a track record of doing whatever it takes to get things done. You have accomplished things that others thought were impossible. You are ceaselessly creative and impactful.
