We're looking for a Time & Payroll Systems Project Specialist to play a key role in managing time and payroll processes, supporting critical system integrations, and driving projects that improve the employee experience.
Working across Workday, Zeus and SAP Payroll , you'll act as a trusted subject matter expert, ensuring accurate data flows, efficient processes and compliance with time management regulations. You'll partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT and external providers to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver impactful change.
What you'll bring:
- Strong knowledge of time management regulations and payroll processes
- Experience working with Workday , SAP Payroll and Zeus
- Understanding of system interfaces and integrations between HR, time and payroll platforms
- Experience leading or supporting projects and process improvement initiatives
- Fluent German and English language skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with UKA Swiss
- Exposure to HR, payroll or workforce management transformation projects
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
