As part of a support need within its Finance department, our client, an insurance company based in Luxembourg, is looking for a Finance Business Officer. Assignment until 31/12/2026 Luxembourg Sector: Insurance / Finance Contract Details Type: Finance support assignment Duration: Until 31 December 2026 Location: Luxembourg Key Responsibilities You will support the Finance team in the following areas: Management and monitoring of invoicing and re-invoicing processes Support to internal finance operations and financial flows tracking Contribution to process improvement and automation initiatives Assistance with tax and accounting-related matters Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders Profile Required Previous experience in internal finance or within a Management Company (UCITS / AIFs) is highly preferred Solid experience with invoicing and re-invoicing processes Knowledge of VAT (Luxembourg, intra-community and extra-community) Basic understanding of Luxembourg GAAP (Lux GAAP) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (pivot tables, mail merge, etc.) Experience with Microsoft automation tools (macros, Power Automate) to streamline processes Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
