Procurement digital solutions officer M/F

Our client, a global leader in construction offering sustainable building materials in Luxembourg, is looking for a Procurement Digital Solutions Officer who speaks English fluently. This is a temporary contract to cover paternity leave.Responsibilities:Support the development and governance of digital procurement solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and user needsBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, translating business requirements into actionable insightsSupport the connection between Procurement data, Modern Data Platform (MDP / Databricks) and reporting solutionsContribute to data structuring, validation and quality improvement to ensure reliable and consistent reportingSupport the development of low-code, AI solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) to improve efficiency and automate manual activitiesAssist in managing and maintaining Procurement digital platforms (SharePoint, internal website) and contentContribute to the creation of training materials, user guides and best practices for Procurement tools and processesSupport user adoption and onboarding, including communication, feedback collection and continuous improvementProvide first-level support for Procurement digital tools and coordinate improvements with IT and Analytics teamsStay up to date with digital, data and automation trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related field Experience or strong interest in data analytics, digital tools and reporting Proficiency in Power BI (or similar) with the ability to create clear and impactful dashboards Good understanding of data structures, data quality and analytical thinkingFamiliarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or similar low-code tools is a plusStrong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholdersAbility to translate business requirements into solutions and actionable insights Structured, detail-oriented and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work in a cross-functional and international environmentInterest or exposure to Procurement, Supply Chain or business processes is an advantageTo be successful in this role, the candidate should demonstrate:Digital & Data mindsetStrong interest in digital tools, reporting, automation and data-driven decision-makingPower BI & Reporting capabilities Ability to build, adapt and maintain dashboards, translating business needs into insights Process & business understandingBasic understanding of procurement or business processes, with the ability to connect tools and operationsAnalytical thinkingAbility to structure problems, analyse data and support decision-making Collaboration & communicationComfortable working across Procurement, IT and business teamsDigital curiosity & innovation mindset Interest in automation, AI and low-code tools (Power Platform, etc.)Structured & detail-oriented approach Ability to manage multiple topics while maintaining quality and consistency Autonomy & proactivityAbility to take ownership of tasks and propose improvements
