Responsibilities:
- System Administration; manage and maintain system access. Develop processes to monitor and maintain system.
- Support project teams in the setup of projects and user access.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
- Solicit feedback from end users to understand needs, application use, and potential improvements. Provide training, guidance, and support to end users in system use and functionality.
- Draft requirements, liaise with the development team, and assist with the development and testing of new features.
- Support the maintenance and updating of system documentation and procedures.
- Provide reports, data extractions, and status updates as requested by management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or advanced degree from an accredited college or university. Engineering, Science, Quantity Surveying, or Business Management degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent command of English required. Business fluent in German is an advantage.
- Experience with Oracle Primavera software package, especially Construction Intelligence Cloud Analytics.
- Solid experience in the same role.
