Responsibilities:
- Driving product vision for new and improved BI dashboards, bringing these ideas from prototypes to MVP to launch, prioritizing in alignment with company OKRs.
- Collaborating with and supporting the different teams inside the company, serving as the link and translator between these stakeholders and the Data team, managing, clarifying, and defining their BI requests.
- Gather, analyze, and refine user stories with the stakeholders and Data team.
- Maintain the product backlog prioritized and prepared.
- Communicate progress with involved stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
- Plan with the Data team the resources necessary to accomplish the roadmap.
- Continuous development of efficient/automated reporting dashboards, tools, and processes to support decision-making.
- Assisting stakeholders in the usage of the various existing systems and datasets available within the company and driving the development of new solutions and training and data governance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Solid experience in Business Analysis.
- Experience in a customer-centric company, preferably e-commerce, transactional marketplace, or e-health, advantageous.
- Proven experience in Agile product ownership.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Experience with and a continued eagerness to drive BI initiatives as an individual contributor as well as a manager.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills, additional languages (especially German or Spanish) advantageous.
- Experience using a BI tool, Tableau and/or Qlik Sense advantageous.
- Good command of SQL.
- Proficiency in the use of Excel.
- Domain knowledge (marketing, business, finance, operations, logistics) advantageous.
- Accustomed to collaborating with many stakeholders from multiple departments and working as a team, solving problems together and sharing in achievements, failures, successes, continuously improving.
