Role Overview : As an IT Manager, you’ll manage our Office IT system and team, optimize processes, and support IT unification. You’ll also be responsible for conceptualizing and maintaining venue networks, providing technical support, and driving the local team.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain the Office IT system
  2. Optimize processes and support IT landscape unification
  3. Conceptualize, implement, and maintain venue networks
  4. Provide technical support and drive the local team
  5. Plan and control the IT budget in compliance with approval processes
  6. Ensure timely planning and realization of IT projects
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders
  8. Utilize tools such as PowerBI, SharePoint, Dynamics365, and Linux
  9. Support ticketing and support tasks efficiently

Profile :

  1. Proven success in team management
  2. Computer science degree or equivalent expertise
  3. Instructor’s certificate or willingness to obtain it
  4. Service and solutions-oriented, open-minded, and a great team player
  5. Strong communication skills and ability to set priorities
  6. Stress-resistant and autonomous
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft tools (PowerBI, SharePoint, Dynamics365)
  8. Good understanding of Linux, Network, Cloud, and Azure concepts

Languages :

  1. Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
