Responsibilities:
- Create impact assessments, investigation reports, and risk files
- Create storylines for audit front rooms
- Manage individuals on their deliverables
- Keep track of ongoing changes within the department
- Support the department leader on quality actions
- Work with engineers, equipment owners, and external providers to ensure compliance within our processes
- Support manufacturing plant excellence at the site by providing guidance
- Technical optimization of processes and systems/improvement measures
Qualifications:
- Preferably a master’s diploma (mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical) or equivalent
- Experience in GMP quality systems, preferably in pharma
- Audit front room experience
- Familiarity with maintenance management and GMP practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at different hierarchical levels in English
- Fluent German speaking is a must
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Ability to lead without direct management responsibility
- Excellent analytical skills
