Responsibilities
- Lead and execute quality improvement projects to ensure the achievement of quality objectives with a strong focus on quality development throughout the entire value chain.
- Support the R&D and Project Execution departments regarding Quality Management.
- Drive and coordinate customer complaints/non-conformity reports through the 8D sustainable problem solving.
- Support the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of an effective, standardized, and interconnected Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform/support internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Educational background in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration or similar).
- Experience as a Quality Engineer.
- Experience working in an industrial production company.
- Audit capabilities.
- Fluent in German and English.
