Site Supervision Support for Installation and Commissioning Electrical (m / f / d)

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision – Electrical Installation
• Interface and focal point between local construction management and engineering home office for all electrical engineering issues
• Clarification of site queries with engineering home office
• Participate and contribute at site construction team meetings
• Support on site, trouble shooting, making small red markings in existing documentation or preparing new drawings (hook ups) as part of field engineering for solving issues
• Supervision, conformation checks of the installation works, progress tracking and giving instructions for installation and mechanical completion (MC) for
• Switchgear installation
• Cable trays and secondary cable ways via wire mesh or conduits
• Installation of small steel structures, unistrut and brackets
• Laying and connecting of potential equalisation cables
• Proper installation for the grounding system
• Signal and power cables pulling and connecting
• Installation of local control stations
• Report deficiencies regarding quality of the work, organise and address improvement measures
• Support clearance of construction punch items
• Coordination of electrical sub vendor
• Checking of certificate for installation of MV end termination kits of execution personnel and execution of Lock-out tag-out procedures (LOTO) to ensure human safety
• Supervision of high-potential tests of MV cables and checking reports / check records for insulation resistance measures of MV cables and LV equipment and cables
• Participating and supporting the switching authorised person for pre-checks, powering up panels & subsystems
• Support red-marking and as-built documentation
• Support documentation and reporting of activities in completion management system to achieve MC
• Interface and focal point for local commissioning team and licensed electrical personnel for all electrical engineering issues
• Participation and contribution at site team meetings
• Loop Checks / check records – signals from & to MV switchgear
• Loop Checks / check records – signals from MV switchgear to DCS
• Loop Checks / check records – signals from DCS, LCS; PU to LV switchgear
• Test of automatic transfer system of the MV switchgear
• Test of automatic transfer system of the LV switchgear
• Commissioning of plant utility systems UPS, LV Switchgear, MV Switchgear, Transformer, Rectifiers, sub distribution boards and panels
• Support of Handover Management activities
• Trouble shooting

Profile

• 2 years+ experience with planning and / or supervision of electrical installation
• 2 years+ pre-commissioning and commissioning experience of electrical systems
• Parameterization skills for MV / LV circuit breakers
• Parameterization skills for Simocode, Frequency Converters and Power Controller
• Knowledge and experience with medium voltage equipment, high-potential tests and proper installation of end termination kits for MV cables
• Knowledge and experience with explosion hazards and protection measures
• MSOffice (MSACCESS, MSEXCEL, MSWORD)
• German and English language fluently, speaking and writing
• Interpersonal and communication skills, hands on mentality, can do and problem-solving attitude
• Self-reliant and self-motivated, committed to project completion
