Commercial Support & Office Manager

What you’ll do

• Own customer service end to end: the info mailbox, phone enquiries, the contact database and the customer newsletter
• Interpret stock reports and databases on your own, and turn them into valuable information for customers
• Proactively spot opportunities where the various teams can add value
• Manage sponsoring requests, contracts and reporting of value declaration
• Provide administrative support for contracts, signature and notary processes, archiving and value reporting
• Organise internal meetings (i.e. cycle meetings) and support Team with travel plans
• Manage international congresses participations (contracts, logistics, billing)
• Organisation of National Congresses
• Manage facilities, supplies, post and courier services, and make the office a great place to work

What you bring

• A strong customer and patient focus, with the drive to deliver quality service every time
• An autonomous, proactive way of working: you take ownership and follow projects through from start to finish
• Resilience and a calm head in challenging or high-pressure situations
• Experience in an administrative or customer service role
• Background in office management or as a personal assistant
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Fluent , English and French; Italian is a plus
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders
