Technical Specialist Premium – Zero Trust Network Access (Windows)

As a Technical Specialist Premium, you will be responsible for engineering and enhancing the Zero Trust Network Access infrastructure supporting Windows, macOS, and iOS devices. You will work closely with Product Management, Operations, Security, and Architecture teams to deliver secure and seamless remote access solutions while continuously improving platform capabilities and user experience.

Operating within a highly collaborative Agile environment, you'll play a key role in backlog refinement, solution design, engineering delivery, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, build, and deploy platform configurations through automation and modern engineering practices.

• Own the platform from an end-to-end engineering perspective, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

• Ensure solutions comply with organizational architecture standards, security requirements, compliance controls, and data protection policies.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Operations teams to facilitate smooth transitions from engineering to production.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster innovation within the team.

• Support Agile delivery processes, backlog management, and SDLC governance.

• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, release management processes, and organizational best practices.

• Manage and optimize:

Microsoft Intune application packaging

Palo Alto Prisma Access Agent deployments

Palo Alto Enterprise Browser deployments

Zero Trust access policies and endpoint security configurations

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows operating systems, architecture, and endpoint management.

Advanced experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager):

• Device provisioning

• Configuration profiles

• Compliance policies

• Conditional Access

• Windows Autopilot

• Application deployment and lifecycle management

Solid understanding of:

• Windows Update for Business

• BitLocker

• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration

• Endpoint security and compliance

Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Hands-on scripting and automation experience using:

• PowerShell

• Azure PowerShell

• Configuration automation and application customization

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD):

• Conditional Access

• Identity Protection

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

• Intune and Microsoft 365 integrations

Understanding of:

• Active Directory architecture

• Group Policy (GPO)

• Migration from traditional device management to MDM strategies

Experience working with:

• Jira
