Role Summary We are seeking a skilled Mobile Solutions & Device Management Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for enterprise mobile and endpoint environments. The role focuses on managing Android, iOS, and MacOS devices through Microsoft Intune while delivering onsite support for Windows devices, hardware troubleshooting, device lifecycle management, and end‑user assistance. The candidate will work closely with global teams to ensure secure, compliant, and seamless digital workplace services for BASF users.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune environment.
- Manage Android Enterprise and iOS device enrollment, policies, compliance, and application deployment.
- Troubleshoot mobile device incidents, synchronization, enrollment, and security issues.
- Manage device lifecycle activities including provisioning, replacement, retirement, and compliance monitoring.
- Support Conditional Access, MFA, certificate-based authentication, and mobile security policies.
MacOS Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for MacOS devices.
- Handle MacOS deployment, configuration, patching, software distribution, and troubleshooting.
- Support Apple Business Manager and integration with Intune.
- Ensure compliance with security baselines and endpoint management standards.
Onsite Device Management & Windows Support
- Provide hands‑on support for Windows laptops, desktops, docking stations, and peripherals.
- Perform imaging, provisioning, device refresh, break/fix, upgrades, and hardware replacement.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, application, network, and hardware‑related issues.
- Coordinate with logistics and vendors for device delivery, repair, and asset management activities.
- Support VIP users and business‑critical device issues where required.
Service Management & Governance
- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes in accordance with ITIL processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge articles.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational procedures, and security requirements.
- Collaborate with global support teams, vendors, and workplace architecture teams.
