Key Responsibilities

The role is a hybrid position, combining business analyst and IT operations support responsibilities.

The support role we are requesting involves:

• Acting as level one support for integrations and functionality
• Transferring cases to ADP support if unable to address the incident and staying with the issue until it is resolved
• Serving as the conduit for support between the requestor and ADP

As a Business Analyst, this role will work closely with Business HR Admins to:

• Receive and document change requests
• Submit Service Requests to ADP
• Manage UAT and deployments
• Act as the conduit for enhancements and change requests between the requestor and ADP

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in business analysis – ADP
• Proficiency in both German and English language
• Experience in supporting Time, Payroll, or HR applications
• Familiarity with ADP eTime, WFM, or UKG WFC/Pro WFM is a plus
