Responsibilities:
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
- Provide support during and after project implementation, including troubleshooting issues
- Managing the L3 level of incident escalation beyond the help desk and Tier 2 support as last stop shop for customer incidents (Tier 3 support)
- Supporting change planning and automated or manual execution where necessary
- Root Cause investigation from a technology point of view, and the execution of corrective and preventative measures that arise from RCAs
- Monitor performance and capacity of network against SLA target levels and trigger necessary activities proactively
- Respond to alerts/tickets
- Perform software or hardware upgrades as required
- Maintain documentation and contribute to improvement of the internal knowledge base
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, e.g. in DevOps working groups Skills
Your Profile:
- Minimum 4-6 years of data center network infrastructure experience
- Solid understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite
- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices
- Solid Experience in supporting switching & routing fabrics, firewalls, routers, switches and load balancers
- Strong knowledge across vendor network operating systems (e.g. IOS-XE, NXOS, IOS-XR, eOS)
- Strong knowledge of data center network technologies (Cisco ACI, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, MPBGP, HSRP, VRRP, OSPF, ISIS, VLAN, VRF, etc.)
- Experience with network automation (Ansible, Python or other scripting languages)
- Experience with GitHub, Ansible, Grafana, Prometheus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodology
- Self-starter, able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Command of the English language Beneficial
- Prior experience in supporting OpenStack environments.
- Prior work experience in Sovereign environments (e.g. for public sector or regulated industries)
