You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performance banking solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead architecture and solution design for core banking platforms using Thought Machine Vault CoreCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specificationsArchitect cloud‑native solutions on GCP, including migration strategies from legacy systemsDrive platform setup including infrastructure sizing, environment setup, security, and compliance guardrailsEstablish CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and loggingDesign secure integrations with third‑party systems (payments, CRM, analytics, etc.)Oversee solution quality, architecture reviews, and best‑practice adherenceProduce architecture documentation and conduct knowledge‑transfer sessionsQualifications15+ years in banking technology, with 8+ years as a Core Banking ArchitectHands‑on expertise with Thought Machine Vault Core (architecture, APIs, customisation)Experience migrating legacy core banking systems to Vault CoreStrong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP), microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOpsExperience setting up Thought Machine environments on public cloudStrong stakeholder management and leadership skillsFamiliarity with global banking regulations and compliance requirementsPreferred CertificationsCertifications in Thought Machine, Cloud Architecture, or Enterprise ArchitectureExperience in digital banking, payments, fintech ecosystemsProven success in large‑scale core banking transformation programsWe promote equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of their cultural and social background, gender, disability, age, religion, beliefs, and sexual identity.
