Your Job:

The Supplier shall support Secure File Service requirements, on specified secure sites in line with the NPP regulations as specified (Special Nuclear Security Requirements) to the MSA.

• For the NetApp servers covered under the IMACD Secure service configure the file service infrastructure and file service solutions
• Analyze options to replace eDiva functionality and provide recommendations, fully support the delivery of the agreed options, within the base charge, to phase eDiva out to a mutually agreed timescale.
• Perform user rights management up to a defined and agreed detail level of managed folders.
• Undertake the remote delivery of associated local backup services, in line with the descriptions defined within Section 2.4 (Backup & Storage Operations) of Exhibit 01 (Service Description (Type A Managed Services) - IaaS) to this SC and Section 2.7.6 (Backup & Recovery) of Exhibit 01 (Service Description (Type A Managed Services) - IaaS) to this SC.

Responsibilities

• 8 Years Experience in Secure File Services Admin - Black data
• Communication skills and Customer handling skills.
• Fluent in English language and B1 German language.
• All 5 days days working from office (Frankfurt)
