We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Specialist with a strong background in Business Analysis and Financial Services to join a leading banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders within the Client Onboarding domain, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). You will also work in an Agile environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong Financial Services / Banking domain experience
- Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience creating BRDs and functional specifications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Client Onboarding experience
- Experience working on banking transformation initiatives
