Incident Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Responding to support related escalations, complaints and service process issues.
- Being the point of contact for IT management and other key stakeholders.
- Creation of knowledge articles and ensuring quality standards.
- Working together with service owners to shift work left and create meaningful KB articles.
- Assisting with the maintenance of the ITSM.
Your Profile:
- Excellent customer service skills including a professional and positive disposition.
- Self-actuated with good time management and appropriate sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Functional knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and computer technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
