What you will do:
- Be part of the initial project delivery team to architect the solution design and de-risk the project
- Analyze business requirements
- Design and implement full solutions
- Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues
- Coach and develop skills within a project team
- Organise and co-ordinate diverse groups in complex situations
- Lead functional / technical architecture in complex SAP and non-SAP environments
- Support the Programme Director to develop phasing strategy, plans, benefits case, org structures, risks and issues
- Command the respect and confidence of other Solution Architects, Solution Directors, and the Commercial Team
- Develop methods and tools and contribute to Solution Team strategy
What we are looking for:
- Extensive SAP implementation experience within the Asset Management line of business and cross-modular experience (PM/CS/QM/SD/PS/MM etc.)
- Strong Maintenance Repair & Overhaul experience within asset-intensive industries
- Extensive SAP EAM/MRO implementation experience with 6 project lifecycles
- Experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA projects
- Experience in implementing SAP solutions for the maintenance of assets in highly regulated environments
- Track record of leadership
- Knowledge of HCL iMRO solutions
- Knowledge of other solutions supporting EAM (IAM etc.)
