Key Responsibilities

• Respond to RFPs, create technical proposals, and support sales with commercial offers
• Deliver presentations, solution demos, POCs, and workshops for SIAM/ITSM clients
• Design and propose end-to‑end solutions across ITSM, Infrastructure, and Application Management
• Act as SME for ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC, Ivanti, Cherwell, Atlassian)
• Collaborate with delivery leaders, partners, and clients to shape solution strategies
• Conduct due diligence, analyze client environments, and map transformation requirements
• Develop collaterals, presentations, and innovative approaches for client engagements
• Build and maintain strong customer and alliance relationshipsi>
• Align solutions with business objectives and IT strategy
• Contribute to revenue growth by supporting pre‑sales initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SIAM/ITSM pre‑sales
• Deep understanding of SIAM, ITIL, ISO20000 frameworks
• Knowledge of COBIT, Agile, DevOps (preferred)
• Strong consulting and solutioning skills with focus on pre‑sales
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in effort estimation, BoM, and proposal preparation
• Ability to design and deliver workshops, SOWs, and POCs
• Strong communication skills in English and German (B2/C1 level)
• Collaborative mindset with strong client engagement skills
• High energy, innovative, and results‑driven professional
