Position Overview As an SAP BTP AI Architect, you’ll design and support the delivery of innovative AI and Agentic AI solutions leveraging the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). With strong experience in SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA, you’ll integrate intelligent automation, conversational AI, Generative AI, and predictive analytics into key SAP business processes, working closely under senior architects’ guidance. Key Responsibilities Design AI-enabled architectures on SAP BTP using Generative AI, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI Embed intelligent automation and analytics into SAP modules like P2P, O2C, EWM, Finance, and HR Lead technical design and implementation of AI applications using SAP BTP and related technologies Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP cloud solutions Translate AI concepts into actionable business solutions during client workshops Support development of demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase business value Contribute to AI governance, compliance, and innovation initiatives within SAP environments Qualifications/Skills ~5+ years of experience in SAP architecture, including SAP BTP and S/4HANA ~ Proven expertise in building AI solutions using Generative AI and SAP Conversational AI ~ Strong grasp of AI governance, compliance, and security in enterprise settings ~ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills ~ Certifications in SAP BTP or AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, SAP AI) are preferred ~ Familiarity with SAP Activate, multi-cloud environments, and Kubernetes deployments ~ Exposure to modern AI/data tools like LangChain and vector databases ~ C1 English & German is a must Behavioural Competencies Solution-Oriented: Clearly translates business requirements into technical AI solutions Collaborative Team Player: Actively engages with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment Innovation Mindset: Openly explores emerging AI technologies and their potential impact Effective Communicator: Presents technical solutions clearly to both technical and business audiences ____________________________ We promote equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of their cultural and social background, gender, disability, age, religion, beliefs, and sexual identity.
