In this senior role, you will translate system requirements into structured architectures, manage cross-domain interfaces, and design communication networks — with PREEvision as your primary architecture modeling tool.You will collaborate with distributed engineering teams and work closely with mechanical, electrical, and software stakeholders to ensure a consistent and future-proof system architecture.ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage the end-to-end electrical/electronic (E/E) system architecture, from high-level requirements to detailed logical designLead functional allocation, domain boundaries, and architectural layeringInterface Management & Cross‑Functional CollaborationCoordinate system and interface alignment with external engineering teams, including offshore technical teamsCollaborate closely with the mechanical domain to assure system-level compatibilityOwn interface definitions, integration logic, and version control across engineering departmentsCommunication Networks & ECU IntegrationDesign communication networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, etc.) and ensure alignment with AUTOSAR-based ECU software architecturesDefine ECU topology, communication flows, and signal mappingsPREEvision System ModelingUse PREEvision as the primary tool for:System and functional architecture modelingECU topology definitionVariant & configuration managementEnsure model quality, consistency, and traceability within the tool ecosystemRequirements EngineeringWork with systems, software, and mechanical engineering to derive system requirementsEnsure full traceability between requirements, functional models, and architectural elementsWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in E/E architecture, systems engineering, or embedded system designHands‑on expertise with PREEvision (mandatory)Strong understanding of AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive) principlesExperience with communication networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)Knowledge of system partitioning, interface design, and cross-domain integrationExperience collaborating with distributed/offshore teamsStrong analytical, documentation, and technical communication skillsExcellent English; German is beneficial but not mandatoryWhy This Role Is AttractiveHigh architectural ownership and influence on future system generationsCross‑domain work across mechanical, electrical, and system software teamsOpportunity to shape complex E/E architectures using state-of-the-art toolsInternational collaboration and broad technical exposureWe promote equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of their cultural and social background, gender, disability, age, religion, beliefs, and sexual identity.
