At HCLTech, we are looking for an experienced Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead / SME to drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, and change governance across large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
In this client-facing role, you will act as the primary OCM point of contact, shaping change strategies, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption outcomes across complex enterprise initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary OCM contact for assigned transformation programs and workstreams
- Define and drive OCM governance, operating models, and ways of working with customer stakeholders
- Develop and maintain program-level OCM strategies, plans, trackers, and reporting frameworks
- Conduct change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable change interventions
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities and support executive alignment
- Drive communication, training, and adoption initiatives to maximize business readiness
- Create a consistent program narrative and ensure alignment across all change-related communications
- Monitor adoption metrics, readiness indicators, risks, and success measures
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder workshops
- Provide guidance and quality oversight to OCM practitioners working across the program
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of professional experience, including significant experience within Organizational Change Management
- Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programs, such as:
- SAP transformations
- ERP implementations
- Cloud migration programs
- Enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with:
- Change Impact Assessments
- Communication Planning
- Training & Adoption Management
- Change Readiness Activities
- Change Governance
- Strong project and portfolio management capabilities
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
Nice to Have
- PROSCI and/or ACMP certification
- Experience working within international and multi-regional environments
- Exposure to AI-enabled workplace transformation initiatives
- Experience leading governance forums and executive steering committees
- Knowledge of modern collaboration and workshop facilitation tools
