Job Description:
Support all the Book of Work of the related implementation team, including:
- New implementation for new or existing Saas clients in Region CH/FL.
- Enhancement of existing functionalities.
- Maintenance and productive solutions.
- Implementation of Legal and Regulatory Market aspects in the Payments Area.
Actively support all phases under the sphere of influence of the development team:
- Analyse business requirements and processes.
- Evaluate possible scenarios and recommend the best business and IT solutions.
- Build, parameterize, and maintain business IT solutions.
- Participate in implementation workshops and support transversal divisions in the definition of solutions.
- Actively manage client relationships by communicating regularly and providing business consulting services to customers.
