Aufgaben
- Lead and manage a team of modelers and quantitative risk professionals
- Oversee the development of quantitative models in the HDI International division, especially capital models
- Managing the quantitative reporting processes of the division, including Solvency II reporting
- Supporting M&A projects with a focus on capital management aspects
Profil
- Master's in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Finance or a related quantitative field
- Proven track record in quantitative risk management or model development
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and related accounting regimes, especially Solvency II and IFRS
- High intrinsic motivation to develop and excel in leadership and people management
- Versatile communication skillset covering the full range from expert to generalist communication, from local to international communication
- English language proficiency, other languages beneficial (German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and / or Turkish)
