Your Tasks
- Develop and apply algorithmic and AI-driven underwriting approaches in the Cyber line of business
- Design and implement AI use cases across the underwriting value chain, such as: Risk assessment of cyber submissions, Pricing decision support and offering functions
- Build and apply prompting strategies to enhance underwriting analysis and decision-making
- Leverage modern technologies, agent-based systems and decision engines
- Translate underwriting expertise into scalable, data-driven models and decision frameworks
- Continuously improve underwriting quality, consistency and speed through automation and AI
- Analyze and optimize underwriting processes with a focus on scalability and standardization
- Collaborate closely with Underwriting, IT and Data Science to develop and deploy solutions
- Ensure integration of algorithmic underwriting approaches into existing systems and workflows
Your Profile
- Strong experience in Cyber Underwriting
- Strong understanding of risk assessment, pricing and underwriting decision logic
- Experience in process optimization, automation or transformation
- Interest in or hands-on experience with AI, machine learning or prompt engineering
- Understanding of data analytics and modern technologies
- Experience in leading projects as well as stakeholder management, e.g. board members, senior executives
- Strong analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- High level of initiative and motivation to shape new underwriting approaches
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across business and technology teams
