Solution Architect AI

Your Tasks

• Aligning enterprise and AI architecture with business strategy to ensure consistent, scalable, and value-driven solutions
• Guiding architectural decisions across AI use cases, data flows, and technical platforms to ensure end-to-end coherence
• Defining architectural principles, guardrails, and enabler epics that shape the intentional architecture of the portfolio
• Evaluating and introducing innovative AI technologies and patterns to support business and delivery needs
• Supporting AI Delivery Teams with solution design, technical feasibility assessments, and integration guidance
• Ensuring operational viability and compliance of AI solutions throughout delivery and deployment phases
• Collaborating with product, engineering, data science, and system architects to ensure alignment and architectural integrity

Your Profile

• Deep expertise in modern IT and AI technologies, system interactions, integration patterns, and architectural design
• Expertise in insurance sector preferred
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to think abstractly and strategically
• Skilled in defining architectural constraints, non-functional requirements, and solution guardrails
• Ability to articulate architectural concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
• Experienced in agile environments and guiding cross-functional delivery teams
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to overcome silos and support shared understanding
• Continuous learner with openness to new technologies and architectural approaches
• Strong previous experience on Azure-based IT landscapes (e.g., AKS, Foundry, APIM) in conjunction with OSS preferred
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level)
