Der Controllingbereich für die Product Area Consumables & Service Operations verantwortet die kaufmännische Steuerung der Product Area Consumables, eines Handelsgeschäfts mit rund 350 Mio. € Umsatz. Gleichzeitig fungiert er als zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Controlling-Themen innerhalb der Serviceorganisation mit ca. 1.700 Mitarbeitenden.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Erstellung und Analyse von Budgets, Business Cases sowie Wirtschaftlichkeits- und ROI-Berechnungen
- Analyse von Produktkosten, Margen und Preisentwicklungen inkl. Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Verantwortung für Kostenstellen- und FTE-Monitoring inkl. Planung und Forecast
- Unterstützung und Koordination der weltweiten Stundensatz Planung
- Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen sowie Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen
- Erstellung von Forecasts, Szenarioanalysen und Management-Reports
- Entwicklung und Pflege relevanter KPIs (z. B. Kundenprofitabilität, Churn)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Controlling
- Mitarbeit in Projekten und im Projektcontrolling zur Weiterentwicklung der Serviceorganisation zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Performance
Unsere Anforderungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Produktmanagement oder Finanzen
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im produktnahen Umfeld (z. B. Lifecycle- oder Projektcontrolling)
- Gutes Verständnis für Produktlebenszyklen, Kostenstrukturen und Wertschöpfungsketten
- Sehr ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind in der Kommunikation mit unseren in- und ausländischen Niederlassungen unerlässlich
