Der Bereich Informationstechnologie (IT) der Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG treibt die digitale Transformation und Weiterentwicklung der globalen IT-Landschaft voran. Hierfür wird ein Transformation Management Team aufgebaut, das strategische und bereichsübergreifende IT-Initiativen verantwortet und moderne Governance- sowie Projektmanagement-Standards etabliert. Gesucht wird keine klassische PMO-Rolle, sondern eine Persönlichkeit mit strategischem Weitblick, Umsetzungsstärke und Führungskompetenz, die komplexe Veränderungen aktiv gestaltet und erfolgreich zum Ziel führt.

Ihre Aufgaben

• End-to-End-Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer IT- und Transformationsprogramme hinsichtlich Geschäftswert, Qualität, Zeit und Budget
• Steuerung komplexer Projekte und Transformationsvorhaben von der Initiierung über Konzeption, Umsetzung und Rollout bis zur Abnahme und erfolgreichen Übergabe in den operativen Betrieb
• Entwicklung belastbarer Zielbilder und Roadmaps sowie inhaltliche Bewertung und kritische Weiterentwicklung von Lösungsansätzen gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen, Architekten, technischen Experten und externen Partnern
• Frühzeitige Identifikation, Bewertung, Eskalation und Auflösung projektrelevanter Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Zielkonflikte sowie Herbeiführung notwendiger Entscheidungen in anspruchsvollen Transformationsvorhaben
• Managementgerechte Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Projektstatus, Risiken, Business Cases und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Management- und Lenkungsgremien
• Fachliche Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Sicherstellung des bestmöglichen Einsatzes aller Projektressourcen in Abstimmung mit dem HEIDELBERG IT Management
• Steuerung und Integration interner sowie externer Leistungspartner und Sicherstellung einer wirksamen Zusammenarbeit aller Projektbeteiligten
• Aktives Stakeholder-Management auf Management- und Expertenebene sowie Herstellung von Transparenz, Commitment und Entscheidungsfähigkeit auch in anspruchsvollen Projektsituationen
• Weiterentwicklung und Etablierung einer einheitlichen Multi-Projektmanagement-Governance, Methodik und Best Practices innerhalb der IT

Unsere Anforderungen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT-Projekte, Programme oder Transformationsinitiativen in internationalen Unternehmensumgebungen
• Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Transformationsvorhaben mit zahlreichen Stakeholdern und unterschiedlichen Interessenlagen
• Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen vorzubereiten, herbeizuführen, konsequent umzusetzen und Widerstände konstruktiv zu adressieren
• Hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Kompetenz gepaart mit pragmatischer Lösungsorientierung
• Erfahrungen in der IT-Strategie- oder -Managementberatung von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Managementebene
• Selbstständige, strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und Freude an Veränderung
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
