For one of our clients based in the Gros-de-Vaud region, we are looking for their [Role] at 60%.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure telephone reception and processing of requests.- Draft correspondence, prepare quotes, and prepare site files.- Issue invoices, monitor work progress, and manage payment reminders.- Verify supplier invoices and prepare documents for accounting.- Check time reports for staff.- Support technical teams and management in administrative management.SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, telephone ease, and neat presentation.- Autonomy, rigor, sense of priorities, and very good organizational skills.- Versatility and team spirit.- Discretion and absolute respect for confidentiality.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent.- Successful experience in an SME (construction or technical sector is a plus).- Perfect command of French (reliable spelling).- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel).- Knowledge of technical management software (such as Plancal or similar) is a strong asset.- Resident in the Gros-de-Vaud region.WORKING CONDITIONS- Activity rate: 60%- Fixed working days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)- Fixed hours- Start date: To be agreed jid9d4e01faen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
