Junior AIT Engineer Galileo (1 year contract) (25032)
HE Space is a successful international space company. For 40 years, we have been supporting our customers with qualified experts in the field of engineering, science and administration. HE Space has joined forces with CS Group to lead the engineering and digital space market in Europe and to provide highly skilled consulting.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
As part of the AIT team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Development and execution of functional tests in AIT satellite programmes;
- Support in the review and creation of the test specification;
- Support in the definition, creation, development and implementation of test procedures;
- Support of electrical integration activities;
- Preparation, evaluation of test data and assessment for the customer;
- Documentation of test results and writing of test reports;
- Supporting the operation of the satellite/instrument;
- Support in analysing the satellite configuration and its documentation;
- Support with error analysis (NCR investigation).
Skills & Experience
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable;
- 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of functional satellite AIT is required;
- Knowledge of TM/TC (PUS) of satellites/instruments is an advantage;
- Knowledge of ECSS standards and Unix/Linux systems;
- Fluency in English is mandatory and at least business fluent in German.
