Manager Project Engineering CAPEX & CAR We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a chemical or mechanical background. You will be responsible for project management and engineering in a capital project environment, ensuring project planning and execution (incl. schedule and cost targets). Key Responsibilities Manage capital projects from pre-CAR planning to execution, ensuring performance, schedule, and cost goals are met. Conduct project engineering activities within capital projects. Coach and guide project team members. Act as a Subject Matter Expert, fostering engineering processes and standards and providing training. Ensure adherence to safety policies and guidelines. Qualifications Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field Business Fluent German Project Management Certification Preferred 5-10 years in CAPEX project planning and execution Experience managing multiple projects while tracking costs and schedules.
