Reliability Engineer

In the context of establishing a durable asset reliability framework, for our client in Schaffhausen we recruit a Reliability Engineer to support the existing team on-site.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the overall progress of the asset reliability framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
2. Track and analyse KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and unplanned downtime for all departments.
3. Coordinate and hold regular meetings with all reliability engineers to review project status and provide guidance.
4. Provide support to the reliability engineering team.
5. Evaluate ongoing reliability projects and track advancements to ensure successful implementation.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and establish a long-term reliability roadmap for the site.
7. Identify areas of improvement within the asset reliability framework and develop strategies for continuous enhancement.
8. Foster a culture of reliability and accountability among reliability engineers.
