Responsibilities Lead Global Supply Chain Strategy – Design and implement best-in-class product launch or supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business needs. Optimize Performance & Benchmark Best Practices – Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and leveraging external benchmarking to enhance operational excellence. Work at a Senior Level – Collaborate with leaders across supply chain, manufacturing, commercial, and finance, influencing decisions that shape the company’s future. Enhance Capability Building – Develop and orchestrate competency-building initiatives, equipping teams with the skills and knowledge needed to sustain supply chain maturity. Drive Meaningful Change – Lead and embed transformation initiatives, ensuring that new processes and performance improvements are sustainable and enterprise-wide. Requirements ️ 10+ years of experience in supply chain, product launch, or process design within pharma or biotech ️ Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex supply chain processes at a global scale . ️ Able to influence senior decision-makers, drive change, and collaborate across multiple functions. ️ Strategic yet hands-on – You can zoom into the details and zoom out to drive big-picture strategy, balancing functional priorities with enterprise goals. ️ Certification or experience in Lean Six Sigma, APICS or equivalent is preferred.
