As they expand their R&D efforts, they are seeking a Research Scientist with proven expertise in hair biology.Reporting to the R&D Director, Skin & Hair Science, this role focuses on leading research projects to uncover the molecular and cellular mechanisms behind hair longevity and identify groundbreaking innovations for its regulation.ResponsibilitiesLead research on molecular and cellular mechanisms of hair longevityIdentify innovations in hair regulationDevelop and optimize 2D and 3D culture modelsAnalyze data to uncover targets, markers, and advanced technologiesCollaborate with lab members on multidisciplinary approachesRequirementsA PhD in a hair-related biology fieldSignificant experience in hair researchStrong expertise in cellular and molecular biologyEssential experience working with 3D culture models, such as reconstructed hair follicles
